I did it man, with the amount of crap they were putting on the forum I did not have time to read through the threads to delete every post they made(sometimes 3,4,and 5 post in one thread) so i just went through deleting them all. Me and Pete were the only ones on when it went down I think.

 

Once the government goes free wi fi here Ill be on at nights. I just havent been able to see if it is yet.

I think it was a tad bit before your time Patrick. These clowns came on and used programs to constantly post. They were rapping off 400 posts an hour or something like that.

 

Wow. Now that makes me feel old. I completely forgot that you weren't here for that Pat. Basically a bunch of people from another forum came over here and used macros (I think that's what they are called) to post what seemed like 10's of thousands of posts filled with like the most disturbing pictures ever. Then I figured out who was doing it (ahh the power of Google), and tried to retaliate, and they did a WhoIs lookup on my website and started calling my house (it was about 2 in the morning) and posting my info everywhere. And this was before we had the posting limit (certain amount of time between two consecutive posts). Basically, I'm glad I wasn't a moderator then. I think if you look back far enough you can find all the deleted posts. Ask Amanda about it, she'll know.

yeah i remember hearing about that a long time ago a couple months after i joined up and thats the reason we have a 45 second time between posts

Yeah, they only called like once or twice though. It pissed me off pretty bad. I would've called the police, but the closest I could locate them was to their city and what high school they went to.
