Well, it's official. I no longer own any cars. I just transferred the title on the S14 today (it was the last to go). And we're moving out to Whidbey Island in 2 weeks... it's a really small community, but the people are all really nice. It's like everyone knows everyone else. It's going to take some getting used to...

 

How do you get around? It's always nice to have a fresh start though.

 

Well, my mom's in Chicago for two weeks, so I drive her car... it's a piece, but it beats walking (most of the time).

 

Haha. Well I hope you got plenty of money from those cars to get your new projects rolling once you get settled in after the move.

Sorry remmy, not quite sure what you mean... We're moving to Whidbey Island, which is in Puget Sound, which is the body of water that Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, etc. are located around. (It's the big chunk that's taken out of Washington state).

With a short tech spec comment on each. That would be really cool.

-Installed a dry sump system for a while, but it was a B-series kit, so it wasn't working quite right.
-Sold for $4,000

1G ('91) DSM AWD (GSX)
-Rebuilt (so it would run)
-T3/T04 swapped on
-Attempted the MAF sensor conversion, didn't work out (got the wrong one)
-Sold for $3,500

'95 S14 Silvia, picked up with no engine.
-'96 R33 RB26DETT swap, 1.2 BAR of boost
-Tokico Illuminas
-Tein High-Tech springs (these were on it when I got it)
-Sold for $16,000

There ya go... time to start over.

 

I would get a 300ZX Z32 twin turbo and have some fun with. If you still have the cash from those cars you sold you should be able to pick one up without any major problems.. Or maybe aim a bit higher and go for a Supra or even Skyline GTR. RX-7 twin turbo would also be fun.. But I guess you already have made your own plans.
