Won't work. How IP addys work is that your router gives you an IP address but when you send a packet out, it goes to the router. THen the router is gonna forward that packet. You can change the IP on your own computer but the IP of the router is set by the ISP. The IP from the ISP has a lease on it and changes every 3 days or something.
