I'd do so also. I guess I'm a hard ***, but people need to be held accountable for their behavior. If they were things like this wouldn't happen in the first place, as much anyway.

 

alright im sorry. but i didnt hurt anyone, or anything except myself. i have to pay for that car. my new car. my insurance. my deductable. my tickets. my defensive driving school. i am 16. making 5.50 an hr. so please dont say i didnt get what was coming to me. working all these hours for nothing. i have not had one pay check. all have gone to the bank. ive gotten like 20 bucks out of like 4 of em. ive been working for 3 months straight. 12 weeks without a paycheck to go enjoy myself. i clean the house for extra money. i have no free time, no time to go with friends, no time to do anything, except do homework and goto work. i have no highschool career. i enjoy going to school to see my friends. i dont get any positive support with grades. never hey good job on all those b's. its always, why not an A? jeremy get off the computer and go study, jeremy go clean the house, jeremy go clean your room, jeremy go do your laundry. i get full 6 hours of sleep at night, not rest, but sleep. im so stressed out that i can get 11hours of sleep and no rest. i wake up tired. goto school tired. come home tired. goto work tired. goto sleep tired. and do it all over. :-\ do you know how exhausting that is? you probably do, and if so, good we should all go thru it, i just dont appreciate how everything thinks im stubborn, stupid, immature, irresponsible, and spoiled. none of that is true. if you budget all the things above, 5/50 an hour is not enough. im in debt up to my ears and no way out. so please, PLEASE, just give me the respect to not tell me that i had what was coming, because i know better then any of you how this predicament is. but its alright. i have some break downs every once in awhile. but hey its all good. one day i will be a culinary school grad, and a executive chef at a restraunt, maybe ill feed you one day! but, ill probably get critized for this post too like all my others. but its okay. ill deal with it. just wanted you guys to have a taste of what im going thru. Ahhh. The High School Years, the best and poorest time of my life. It sucks to have to call all my friends to get rides... it just blows monkey ***! but enough of my excuses right? im done with it. i jsut want you to know that I AM PAYING for everything. not my parents. so if you appreciate that a little more, id really appreciate you! i hope you all have a great evening. i gotta go sleep.

I just have a bit more experience with such things than you do. I was too tough on you probably, I hope you are not that bad yet.

Well, if I try to explain this in all details, I would go way off topic. I’ll try to be as short as I can. Please, look at the original statement suckmycivic made:
So, what happened? One guy did a few wrong things. Vast majority of us did, by the way, when we were his age. Looks like he learned his lesson, though. He is lucky enough to pay tuition with money, not with his life or other lives. Now he is much less dangerous than he used to be. And much less dangerous than a lot of other guys of similar age, but without his experience.
But this guy is naive enough to share with others information that could hurt his financial well-being. Here comes another guy. He is going to use information he got in the way that will:
1. Hurt the first guy with no benefit to society, since first guy is already less dangerous than other teenagers. Just hurt him for no apparent reason. He never met him and probably never will. He did not do anything bad directly to him. Just to hurt.
2. Hurt the insurance company second guy works for, because this first guy is now obviously safer driver than other teenagers, and the company may loose his business raising premium too high.
3. Get him some benefits from the company he works for… wait, this just came to my mind – aren’t we talking about 30 silver pieces?
That explains this much better than me. Read the Book. That guy 2000 years ago probably just wanted to get some benefits for himself, and may be his family. He did not expect to get such a huge audience in future. And this answers why reporting to police is not always the good thing by the way.
Police states tend to see their people like bricks, not persons.
