I'd prefer to stay in the eastern europe, simply because it's just as fun, but much cheaper in all regards. I spent 150 euro in one day in frankfurt. In Ukraine, you can go all out for about $200 a week. For example, a dinner for 2 at a nice restaurant can be had for about $12. Of course it would be more expensive if you order an expensive wine or cognac
