Default Anyone ever used these gloves?

Would like some gloves for working on the car (I'm tired of cutting and scraping my fingers). Anyways, these look pretty good, but I'm not sure which ones would be best. Anyone recommend one of those pairs:

Automotive : Mechanix Wear

i had the original gloves before. My girlfriend used it to pull weeds and grass and ruined them. Never had the chance to use them working on my car.

I've used the original gloves more than once. They're good gloves for non-professional use; they're thin enough that you can get a good feel for what you're doing while wearing them but they're not too thin. The downside to that is I have yet to get a pair to last longer than a month of professional use; they always develop holes in the fingertips.

Honestly, if you're planning on using them a lot, I'd highly recommend Matco's Tech Series (or Pro Series) gloves. They're more expensive than Mechanix gloves, but I finally wore a hole in one fingertip after about 9 months of professional use; in other words, they're well worth the money.

(As a side note, Craftsman's gloves aren't bad either, but the material is a hair too thick and you can't feel what you're doing quite as well as you can with Matco/Mechanix gloves.)
