Very nice. I love the O2 XDA and this one comes w WiFi too (yummy..) I probably get one although the apps will be crappy as f**k at launch. On the other note, Apple TV is also coming out for $299 and support 720p. For the same money you can get a xbox 360 that outputs 1080p, capable of the same stuffs and play games as well
