The key to a really nice kit is to keep real simple and clean. Not too flashy and saying "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! I spent 800 dollars for my car to look like complete CRAP!"

I also agree with Kokasian, everything has to flow together.

i like kits, thats y i got one, i wanted togo with a lip but during good financial times i bought a body kit and painted my car, now that im facing financial hardships i wish i went with a lip lol

 

I've had a body kit, and I've had a lip kit. I loved them both. What I don't get is the people that make ignorant comments about cars with kits... it's not your f****n car, so why say anything (provided the owner isn't being a cocky douche about their car or anything)? Maybe the owner likes how their car looks... and if it actually does look horrible, in time they'll see that and take the kit off.

 

noones bashin on your car man. . i didnt see anyone on here bash anyones car that had a kit on it. everyones got their own opinions

 

hes not reffering to anyone in general, people do tend to make comments on body kits, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion but i say if the owner likes it then respect it, after all its the owners car

 

that's not what I meant... I was just saying that cars with kits tend to get made fun of... I didn't mean anybody in particular... hell, I don't think I ever heard anything bad about my kit... not even on hater-tech . Personally, I just think people should stop worrying about what other people have done to their cars.. the way I see it, there's two occasions when you should car what the other person's done to their cars:
1) while drag racing
2) while thinking about buying said car
