well we went to our collage automotive class today and there is this dark blue green 92 accord sitting there in one of the bays, Look inside and it still has the orignal wrapping over the seats and floor, its got that brand new car smell. We pop the hood and every thing looks brand new, Get this we look at the speedometor and it reads 637 miles to the dot on the whole car, The car apparently came from a honda training facility about 75 miles away and it was donated to our class, talk about a collector car. lol just though i would share this, just dont see that every day

 

that is cool. do they want to sell it to me.

 

That's crazy how people can laet a car sit like that! I love that body style though! would be a nice one to get a hold of!

 

well it was at the HONDA TRAINING FACILITY for the students/technitions that were training to be honda techs.... it would of been nice if my car came with only 600 miles on it

 

We have a Ford like that, its old as hell but has very little milage on it. The deal with them is that the car is a prototype and was one of the first that was built. The car was used for testing and cannot be driven on the road so they give it to autoshop classes. We got like 10 cars, none of them look that good.

 

lol yeah we got some real piles of crap sitting at our school in the back but some of them are nice... its nice when you pull your car into the bay for the class to look at whatever you are doing and there eyes light up like they just saw candy for the first time

 

I know someone who has a 88 nissan and only bout 5000 miles on it. Only drove to church on Sunday. His other car got messed when hurricane katrina came through and was talking about getting another car as a daily driver.
