yea i dont kno what to do, that could either help or hurt my case........ugh all this stuff is frustrating i have made an oath to never speed agn!!!!!!! lol

 

Just fight it. If you fight it, and lose you still have to pay it. Most of the time if you fight it the judge atleast makes the fine smaller. Think of what you could buy with that money.

 

your also assuming the cop is going to show...most of the time they dont because of their shifts or they just dont care
if it is only your word and no rebutle from him, the judge is almost sure to help you out, because they know how "innacurate" cops can be

 

COURT DATE- MARCH 28TH.......2:00pm........just got the notice today...............thats when it goes down!!!!
