im not sure if this will work..but in my old school they blocked ebaums world, so we just did typed in the web address and added where on the site we watned to go like such www.ebaumsworld.com/games
...they later block that as well

Try getting the straight IP of the website. Like ebaum's world is actually: http://4.78.57.228/

Okay, any idea what I'm missing here?
I got the IP address, did it twice to make sure it was the same both times. (bottom group of numbers)
Copied it and pasted it in the address bar, and nothing comes up. (tried it after the http://, http://www., and just the IP address)
