Default Car Problems

Well I had problems with my civic today I tried to figure it out myself but couldn't. I took it to the local garage and they said its an electrical problem. They think it may be my map sensor so were going to start with that. Man I'm so frustrated!

Default RE: Car Problems

Well it was fine all day then when I leave work it didnt want to start. It eventually did but ran like it was missing cylinders but I checked all them and they all put out spark. The car ran except for mhen I put it in neutral or pushed the clutch in the rpm's would hit zero and the car would stall. Took it to the garage and hooked up the computer to it and nothing was reading. Then they found something that had to do with my civics computer not being right. I was also running very rich with gas and the car was smoking. So they looked at it more and figured out it was an electrical problem. Then after looking at it more they narrowed it down to a couple of things. And with the map sensor being the cheapest were going to replace that first to see if that fixs the problem and if that doesnt were moving on to the next thing.
