^ The purpose of carbon fiber is to lesson weight. I guess some people do just buy it for looks. Painting the carbon fiber wouldnt be a bad idea, itll look sleeperish and be 20 pounds lighter than stock.

i am pretty bias toward the solid color look too, i say go with stocker or paint the CF one, although CF hoods dook look nice on come cars, i would still prefer the all one color look

 

keep the stock.. get the c.f for the black one.. hehe...

 

I don't know what you have under the hood but if you have a lot of horsepower and make the front end as light as possible you will worsen the acceleration traction. The hood alone might not affect it that much but it seems when people start with carbon fibre they can't seem to get enough of it. I have to agree with what has been said about not attracting attention to your ride. I don't want a cop magnet. The four inch stovepipe exhaust is another thing to avoid. Make it look stock and go like the breaking wind.

i like sleepers and all, hell my accord was kinda one....but the CF hood matches that car so freakin well....i would have to go with it...if not, how much are you selling it for..

 

I really like the C/F hood, I want one .. gonna have to wait for a couple more paychecks.. it's not on the priority list.

Hmm, the CF is winning by 2 to 1 but all of the comments are leaning towards "rockin the stocker." I have to admit I am leaning that way as well.
