This has been happening on car forums daily for the last few years, and never once have I heard of anyone getting in trouble for it. The one forum had a thread 5 pages long for cryin' out loud.

i'm just giving a heads up on the other forum i am on on a daily basis carfax sent the owner a message telling him to stop all of it, and if you read the fine print of the carfax you will see that they do not allow it. again i am jus tstating what i know
