Hi, I'm new to this site. I own a Cadillac ETC, which the bulbs are a simple twist and pull. But my mom needs new bulbs on her 2001 Cvic EX and I am clueless to figure out how to remove and replace them. I have unbolted the top 2 screws, seems there is a screw on the bottom, not sure though. And I have removed the rubber behind the light to reveal a clip but I still can't get teh clip down. And on the drivers side I won't be able to do this, so someone please help.

Welcome to HCF! First of all which lights are we trying to replace, headlights, tail lights etc? Parking, high beam, low? I don't have a 2001 but someone with one may be able to help out. I thought they were all pretty much twist and pull though. They are on my 95. [&:]

Grab the large plastic ring that holds the bulb in place and twist it.. The ring will come off and slide down the wire.. then simply pull out the bulb. Might be a tight fit in certian places and may require you remove a part or 2. Good luck. Remember not to touch the replacement bulbs with your fingertips or they will hotspot and burn out due to the oil on your fingers..

Wasn't quite how you described, but went back with confidence and got it. There was a metal clip holding them in.
