The best way to stay out of the hospital is to buy small med-packs or w/e....cuz then when u go in you have to use like 3 of them but then you are out....but yeah dont do a lot of crimes..just use all ur energy at the gym doing speed and weightbench....

and if you find a energy bar on the streets dont eat it.haha sell it in the market for like 250,000 and then you will have a good amount of cash to start out at...
