That's why I don't mess with the stuff. The few seconds of mild adrenaline doesn't compensate for something like that. At least he wasn't in the car during the time.

most likely

that should of never happened if the bottle was closed (off), and no kind of bottle heater was left on.

Which brings us to the next point...close the bottle when not in use kids....and wire that damn bottle warmer to the switched 12V instead of the constant damnit.
