Not sure how this is your fault if you were stuck. The owner of the driveway is liable for anything that happens to anyone or their property while its on HIS property.
Thats just from a claim adjusters stand point tho.

wow that really sucks...i hate when you do stupid stuff like that then after you think, why did i do that?

Actually yes. By allowing that person on to your property you are assuming the risk of them being there. By assuming the risk you are at least partially responsible for any behavior that may be hazardous to people etc.....while on your property.

The frame was getting stuck, like a see-saw (sp) so I didn't want any damange to come from it. But you're right, if I would have just stopped, I coulda probably did something different. And to misha most anyone's first reaction when they're starting to get stuck is to rock the wheel back and forth and give the car some gas.
