My dad drives a tow truck and they got like 12000 pound winches. You can also hook some tow hooks and just pull it out.If there were going to use what they did on my dads truck they take 2bysixes and nail them together to make steps so you car doesnt drag then front end on the flat bed when first pullin it up.You can turn them backwords and winched down them.

Holy that is awesome! Whatta a retard.
A buddy of mine did something like that in his eclipse. Got out and accidentally released the e-brake with his backpack, came out the next morning to find is rear end 6 feet down into a culvert, which had about a foot of standing water. Killed his exhaust, neons, every light on the rear end, and his trunk stunk to high heaven. [:'(]
