Default Croft Track Day (VW, AUDI)

Ok, I went to the AUDI and VW track day at croft on Sunday last week. It was a great day and I got it all on tape.
There is just one or 2 funny crashes that u mite be interested in.

1. Ok the day has just started and the cars are lined up ready to race, theres MK2 VW GTis for the most part but a few VR6 and R32.
This green Gti gets goin and this guy is really giving it some round all corners and almost loses it were am standing. Lucky escape?? No dont be daft.
5 Mintues later he gets on the straight and spins off????!?!?! Im like WTF? it was a straight. Anyway i went over to see what was left of this GTi. The engine was massed. Petrol was running everywere and they reckon he hit the WALL at 70MPH, he didnt even have a mark on him. I was standing looking at this car and realised tht right in front of it was a big sign saying "Warning Motor Sports can be Dangours". Turns out the guy only got it from ebay for £200 and it was the first time he had been in it lol.

2. Ok so we have finally cleared the track and the Audis join in. Theres a TT modified and a few A4s. The TT is amazingly fast. It was the winning in the end. But there was a VR6 goin round with them. Supercharged, and the idiot forgot to tighten the bolts on his wheels, so he was on way down the home straight and there was a buck and a jump and as he hit the first bend, the wheel went flying into the wall and the car just died. Daft part was, this guy uses this car everyday for work and stuff. Can imagion that he was a bit upset.

Pictures coming soon

Hahaha... well, it's mean to laugh at other peoples' misfortunes, but I'm going to anyway.

That reminds me of a guy I used to know with a TC'd '94 Corrado VR6, full Tein stiffies, etc, etc. Anyway, long story short, he powerslid it into a curb at 95, ripped both passengers side wheels off and bent them at 45 degree angles, took off the lugs, cracked a rotor, bent the control arms and the shocks... Yeah. He sold it.
