heres how to get his address
set up a bogus ebay account
bid on the car until you win the auction
when he contacts you for payment - ask him where to send the check & where do i pick up the car
then you jump on the beatdown bus to his house

good idea but it probably wont work. they will tell you to send the money to a P.O. box which will be no where near where they live. somehow they will get the money without the so called buyer knowing where he lives. once they get the money then there gone, all acounts will be deleted and so on and so forth. so if he says on there that he needs 700-1000 bucks within the first 24 hrs then if he only gets that then he'll be happy because as you know its not his car and he only paid like 40-50 bucks to make that listing.

BTW, if this whole beat down thing is still goin down then count me in. my cars in the garage for winter but i can take the wing off the back and beat him with it. and people said those things were pointless.

What would you charge them with? Some guy using some pics on their site? And the pics are not even copyrighted? No lawyer would even consider this...

sent the guy a message:

Hey man whats shakin. so, this is ur car eh? ur trying to sell it eh? must suck to have such a sweet looking car let go for so cheap. why would anyone wana do that? or maybe i should ask, why would anyone look up some dudes pics and car info, and use that to try and sell a car on ebay?? thats some pretty f***ed up s*** right there. not only that, but do u really expect to get any money out of this? if for some reason someone took the winning bid and all, u arnt getting the money and u'll be in some deep s*** once that person finds out they got scammed. if they do somehow send u the money and they dont get their car, well u better run and hide. pretty sad that ur doing this. do u think its funny? do u go skeet skeet and laugh up a storm when u see 15 bids and all this money because u took pics and info from some dude u dont even know? o well w/e, have fun. oh and tell ur mom i said thanks for the great night i had with her! never thought a cheap ***** would be so good in the sack .
