Lets be honest ( I Love my Civic more than anything), but was this car ment for Looks or for Racing.

There is a very fine line between Rice & Race on a Civic. Im a conservative with mine and manage to stay right smack dab in the center like most people here.

I think the original intention was economy and enthusiasts took the whole efficiency thing to the next level.

Unfortunately I think I am teetering toward the rice side until someone is willing to trade me for my chrome rims. Doesn't anyone like chrome anymore? C'mon people, chrome for gunmetal, let's do this.

Chrome looks good on old school cars and a little chrome on trucks... not jap traps.

Depends on what it is and what you do to it. A type R or S2K was never meant to be a ricer, and was meant as a racer. A visit to pep boys could change that real quick though.
