Dry Ice

I was in ingles today and i noticed that they don't sell dry ice to any minors. I am 20 so that doesn't matter to me but i was wondering what the big deal is about dry ice?

I've seen something about where kids inhale the gas it puts out when you put it in water. They grab a straw and start sucking.
It was "My Sweet 16" on MTV.

it blows up if you contain it with some other type of liquid. and it makes stuff cold that is why they used the dry ice.

A 20oz. coke bottle; a few marble sized dry ice; mixed with a little water and a open area; will make a cool BOOOOMM sound.

Yeah mythbusters ftw. I did it in my backyard in the snow and it blew a crater in the snow and sounded like a 10 gauge going being shot. Whhhooooobboooom!!!
