I actually prefer DVD Decrypter for copying DVDs I own to my HD to watch off my computer when the TV is doing something else.

I use DVDShrink for everything except Sony movies made after 1998?, they have a hidden clip that will screw with DVDShrink, so in that case I use DVD Decrypter to rip then use DVDShrink to compress. Best free download I've ever got. lol

I've been using DVDShrink for almost 2 years now, I haven't had any problems with any movies. I definitely suggest it, and I found it very user friendly.

Just for people that don't know what we're talkin about, DVDShrink is a program that strips all the Protection and Area Codes off of a maunfactured DVD so that you can copy (or rather, make a backup copy).
