so i found this guy on ebay who was selling PNP intake manifolds and PNP tb's. I wanted one so i emailed him and he said that the price was $120 for the IM and $80 for the TB. So i sent a money order the next day for $230 (including the shipping). And for two months he been beating around the bush and not sending them to me. I emailed him and told that today was the last day he had until i pursued something legal. I was just curious if you guys had any ideas on what i could do?
