I recently attempted to order a pair of Infinity 6x9 Kappas from Etronics.com. They replied, after a couple weeks of telling me there was a short delay, that the speakers were on backorder with Infinity. Basically meaning it'd be about 4 weeks till they get the speakers. So I cancelled the order, I dont have that kinda patience. They emailed me saying that my credit card would NOT be charged but they put a hold on my credit card. Is this even legal, they never attempted to charge the credit card, what gives them the right to put a hold on it? Just because they have a hard-on for people that cancell orders? Well looking forward to any comments you guys have and needless to say I won't be doing any more business with them. I find that ridiculous, now my order for the DC 4-2-1 header is in jepordy of being cancelled, RIDICULOUS! Soooo angry...

Seems to be a case by case basis. I ordered 2 Power Acoustik subs, an amp and a cap from them. Maybe it was because it was a big order all at once or something, but they got it to me when they were supposed to. Didn't have a problem w/ them. And everything was bubble wrapped and everything!

 

ive never purchased from them........however i get local places to match their prices on stuff. I have never heard a complaint from them thou. When u wanna get something cheap thou go to the website www.pricegrabber.com and type in the product and it gives a list of all sites and prices. Its a good site!
