its called natural selection....
We were talking about that before auto today, that was the exact words of one of the kids. And the 428 will have enough torque to rip the asphault out. As good as a RB26 maybe, it won't have the torque of a big block.

you ever looked at the torque numbers on a turbo motor? they make gobs of torque, it just takes a bit more RPM to get to it.

I'd still rather drive a car with a big block. Its raw N/A power.

a well built rd26 would swallow a 428 for lunch.

I know the movie is going to suck and dissapoint me but I still will go see it in the theatre and buy the DVD when it comes out.

As for the new motor in old car, once our shop gets up and more succesful we will be picking up some old ford coupe or something old and drop something reliable in it like a new lexus V8 or something. Just to stir up the crowd at the hot rod shows. cant wait.

Somebody should be shot in the face with a 380 for doing that to the Mustang. I'll leave it at that, a RB26 can suck my ***** I dont give a crap what car it came in or how much power you can force it to have by shoving a *** load of air into it via a big *** turbo. Take that turbo off that engine and see what it has. Nissan could not then and can not now make a I6 N/A and make good power with it, they suck.

The skyline is a monster no doubt but it is not the engine that makes it what it is, it's the chassis, the AWD system(which is better than anything Subie or Mitsu has out to this day). it's the whole package. Kinda like the Lotus Elise, it is a bad *** car but the engine dont make it bad ***.

i think that it looks like it will eb a good movie...terribly actors and plot, but it should be cool on the big screen...

and yes, that mustang has an rb26dett in it...thats the big "surprise", i guess..the mustang guys have been complaining about it for months now!
YES!!!![sm=icon_rock.gif] take that american made crap... even though some of the old muscle do make loads of power i would rather have a japanease powered car anyday of the week
