My first thought was a water pump used in deflooding spaces as a electric submersable pump.Poor dodge

 

i got it for free...long story....but it didnt cost me a dime, and im probably not going to bother installing it.

actually, i got one for free like 5 years ago...and we put it on, just to see...and it DID pick up over the stock intake system (according to a bunch of runs on the GTech), but it wasnt worth the trouble...it was only slightly better than a good CAI.

 

send it to sniper...he'll dyno a civic with it and without it
