ford ranger how much hp?
im have a problem figuring somthing out. my friend has a 1993 ford ranger i think he said it was an XL but im not sure. cause i cant finda 1993 ford ranger with a 4 SPEED MANUAL? its a 2.3 liter engine. i told him i couldnt find his truck online but i saw simular 1s on here but with like "100 hp but he's like get the hell outta here. its a 2.3 liter it has atleast 160hp" but i cant find a 1993 2.3 liter ford ranger with 160 hp. any1 know what ford ranger it is please let me know. thank you..

If its a 93 Rnger, he is just slightly off on the HP numbers.... They had 98 horsepower. 2007 2.3 litre Rangers have 143 HP. The 6 cyl 3L only puts out 148hp, the 4L puts out 207hp. Below is a quote from Edmonds.com web page. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...rticleId=49541.
