Default the forum pages?

i was wondering why we have the page layout in the threads, not trying to sound snoody or anything, it just gets annoying when you're trying to look for something in particular and have to go through several pages to find it.

Because it would take to long for users with slower connections to load a page with 50 replies on it. Plus threads that have a lot of pictures. And sigs also slow it down.

I would like to ask a question. It seems like lately since the forum was updated that the botom part the forum takes forever to open the heading will open but the forum part takes a couple minutes. It is like that on my lap top and pc.could this be because I have dial up It seems like it was much faster before.Witch is keeping me from posting more then I would like.
