WOW..4 pages in a couple hours,i thought this was a old thread brought back to life but nope..anyways, ya everyone has there own opinion of rice and i think the word "rice" is just used out of what it really means if you understand me...like instead of a body kit being ugly or to big for the car or dosent match the lines of the car..its just simply "rice", its just a word thats commonly used to describe something that the person saying that dosent like, dont take the wrong way man. i love body kits and slammed cars and all that stuff unless its really over done or otherly known as "rice" but i also love fast clean cars and the jdm look...i guess its all really on what your in too, if you dont like certain things you call it "rice" instead of saying you dont like it..its just a word to describe somthing that person dosent like, you dont have to take offence, everyones really cool around here

 

Can I ask what exactly is the JDM look? This kid saw pics of my car on myspace and was like keep on the with JDM look. Haha maybe its cause I was a newbie to Civs when I bought my car, but I was sure exactly wat that meant. Sorry if this is a newbie question and I sound dumb.

Oh and i speak as the 5th or so boosted (turbo not s/c) member of this forum. So I guess we jumped on a bandwagon by getting boost. I suppose that every civic you see driving past goes "PSHHHHT"??........yea were not original........i got my turbo to be cool. I got caught........i guess ill list it on ebay, get a body kit, and some Gia's.........

 

arnt Marines supposed to be disciplined and know to shutup when told to...if u like outrageous pointless bodykits then by all means get one and be happy. but this forum does seem to be a little more into go than show. when somebody does have a bodykit or something like that and post pics, we dont flame them about it. if u think we flame ppl about body kits and "riced" out cars alot, u obviously havnt been to some of the other forums. people on this forum are reeeeeally friendly, helpful, and just looking to have a good time. i've been on other forums and this one is by far the best and most well behaved.

 

all right, where did Im a marine come from? in my profile it says marine construction, that has nothing to do with marines. marine means water, I work on a very big lake off a barge, building on islands, I used to be in the army. it was kind of funny to have 64 posts, you guys swarmed around me like the iraqi kids we used to throw candy to. it was amuzing. it got way out of hand. you guys took it completely wrong, I did have a few to many last night so maybe I came off the wrong way, wasnt looking for trouble. nemo, thanks for that email.

i applied to National City...like the 12thor 13th largest bank in the us.. ive already had my interview and it went very well..but i havent heard anything back.because the person that interviewed me wasnt the person who could offer a job...sooo ne whoo... the position is the Basic Customer Service Rep. (aka...teller)... but that word is illegal to say...soo cause my job has to do with more then just telling..
