funny haters!!! ive only been a member for maybe a week and something but ive noticed that theres alot of people that have nothing to do. there are alot of retards that actually take time out of there useless days just to make an account on a forum theyll never ever use, then they actually take the time to write and post messages to try and make us mad. but we allknow thier justjealous. and im sure there are a few of them that are reading this too. hahaha

As i understand it... "rice" is anyone who puts a giant spoiler on the car, body kit, flashy colours (neon pink for example), things that make it look faster, but do nothing, parts that are not really doing anything(ie fake exhausts), an exhaust that sounds excessivly zingy and/or raspy, a (mostly) stock motor... might have a few useless items in there, ie ebay junk.

might be a little off with the definition of ricer, but should be close.
