You guys have T9 word (sp?) function on your phone? which phone do you have? I have the sprint sanyo and I dont think it has it. my gf keeps #$%#$% messaging me and it takes me forever to write back. i think its time for a new phone.

 

I have a Sprint Sanyo SCP-5400 (aka RL2500) and all text messaging is web-based. Sprint calls it "Short Mail". Their newer phones just use standard texting though. To enable T9 on my phone, I press the uppermost rightmost button (it's not labelled, but if you're in a text field, it will have a corresponding icon on the screen above it that says "Abc"). Just press that button then select "T9 Word" from the list of options. Hope this helps.

 

T9 rocks. I wouldn't text without it.

 

yah i've seen some of my friends use it its about 3x faster [:@]. Having to buy a new phone is gonna suck ::sigh::. I should get her to pay for it hehe

 

jump on the internet and text her. easy fast and simple, fawk texting with phones!!

 

She usually texts me when i'm not around a comp (ie when i'm off work and driving/hanging out).

 

i have an Lg, and it has T9, as did my old nokia.

 

just tell her you don't have texting because it's not on your plan and tell her to stop lol

 

i got a audovix something from verzion and it has it, but i hate t9 so i manually spell out each word

 

Text messages are like crack for girls with cellphones.
