Default Going to school in February!

So I have decided to go to school at UTI in february, i have signed up and everything, just need to get my financial aide setup. I wonder if i remember most of what i learned in high school...Right now i am scheduled to go to the Exton,PA campus but might change to Houston so i can stay with my current employer.

congrats, im doing a honda certification program at my counties tech school. ive heard a lot of bad things about uti from friends, other techs, and other people. not going to say you made the wrong decision, but from what ive heard its not worth the money. good luck with what you do regardless.

There's one thing you should know about tech schools. Really - only one. YOU are responsible for your own education. If you want to learn - you will. If you don't - you just lost a ****load of money and joined the crowd of people with a useless diploma. Take it from someone who teaches at one.

I definitely want to learn, its a passion. I already know most basics. I learned all 8 ASE areas in highschool.

Sounds like you've got the right attitude which is half the battle.

Good luck with it.

I live about 10 miles from UTI in Exton. A lot of my friends went there. 2 of which got jobs doing something with cars immediately after the classes ended, and the rest either work at the Exton mall, or are going to a local community college. What stiffler said is 100% true.

Good luck with wherever you choose to go!
