You can run OBD2 turbo. They make fuel management kits for OBD2.
I think a "Turbo isnt allowed" because hes going to end up swapping a High compression motor in (b18c1 or c5 prolly) Either that or hes getting some ITBs. Who knows.

Bet that'd add at least 100 hp. Needs to be larger though, more torque that way.

wow this thread really went off topic...lol Like you guys were saying ya get your good cops and you get your bad cops. I remember i was pulled up once for speeding and the cop was going to let me off with a warning but his partner was like i think you have warned him once before already we are going to have to charge you this time, i mean WTF..... Does it really come to what mood the cop is in to what decision he makes... Its all BS if you ask me
