So, probably like all of you, I speed like horrible up and down the highway. The other night, I was out with a friend, and I'm driving up this empty road at 1am. I haven't seen a limit sign yet, so I figure, I'll keep it reasonable, around 55. Bam, a state trooper gets me. "blahblahblahblah(didn't hear what he said)blahmarylandblahblahblahlisenceandregistratio n". "Did you know you were doing 54 in a 40 zone? (no) Were you aware of the speed limit? (no) How many drinks have you had tonight? (WTF? 1, three hours ago, no way had ANYTHING left in me)." Luckily only a written warning (Said "53 in a 40 zone". What's with the 1MPH discrepency?).

High-freaking-larious. I'm trying not to speed and I get pulled over. For the past 6 years I haven't been pulled over once. I've blown buy cops doing at least 95 on multiple occasions. I had a friend tell me that he saw a cop come after me, but tractor trailers were blocking him as I got off at the exit. But the ONE time I'm trying not to speed I get pulled over.

Meh, that town sucks anyway. Know this, if you're ever in Hagerstown, MD, the only worth while place is the Schmankerlstube Bavarian Resturaunt, on Washington and Antietam. Everywhere else is garbage.

wow capn, that sux. but i know what you mean. i live one exit down from my Job and i usually do around 85 on the highway to get to work. it takes around 2 min of actually being on the highway. And the one time that i slowed down to 75 a cop pulled me over. i was like wtf, there were other ppl passing me. and his reply was, just because the interstate is called 83 dosn't mean you do 83. smart @ss. what road were you on?

I like Mexico where they don't waste time with paperwork and just demand money. I'd be much happier with that than having some stupid mark on my record.

I read somewhere that this lady got pulled over for 53 in a 35 and she said she was dyslexic and the cop let her go, because even if it was't true it was the best excuse he had ever heard.

There is a road from my house to the interstate and it is 30 all the way. I mean really, who does 30?? I hate that road.
