Got her started today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I started her up today, man did I miss that purrrrr. Still have a few kinks to work out, but it didn't throw any codes(as of yet). I need to replace a fuel line in the tank. and I have an idling problem, I have a leak somewhere. At idle rpm's bounce between 1500-2500 and when you step on the gas even the slightest it'll jump to like 4000 and even stay there for a sec or two before dropping back to 1500 and starting to bounce again. So I'm estatic that it's able to start and not throw codes.
Quick question, on the IACV does it matter which hose gets hooked up to which input? the way I have it set now the right input is hooked up to the engine block and the left input is the coolant.
The only other concern I have is that air is getting into the holes in the IM where the IACV should be (had to fab something bc not enough room for the IACV to hook up directly to the IM).
Lemme know what you guys think... I'll post pics when I get home tonight of whats hooked up where and where it goes.

why are you having problem with a four yr old car? what was wrong with it to begin with?

he opted for a skunk 2 y8 manifold. damn hard from what ive heard and takes some custom fabrication but its well worth it in the end.
check your gaskets on the intake and TB. whe pete installed his s2 intake that was his problem. it would idle at some crazy high number like 6000rpm. he replaced the gasket and it fixed it.

Thanks guys!
The car is also past due for inspection so Wednesday I'm taking it down to my mech and having him take a look at it and slap an inspection sticker on there as well.
I'm also still having problems with the fuel pressure gauge, but I'm worried that the gauge itself, not sensor might be busted from turning the car on so many times with no fuel running through the lines.

Ok so I found a bolt on the gooseneck that needed tightening, I think thats where the major leak was. Then I decided I'd let it run for a bit and let the ECU attempt to adjust itself. Well as the topic states I threw some codes. P0505 and P1505. The PCV leak I'm sure I can find and fix myself.
But the P0505 - Idle Control System Malfunction, I don't know what's gonna happen there, not sure exactly what failed, so I guess it's back to the drawing board for the IACV.
