Found my IACV problem, on of the hoses connecting the IACV and the IM was not screwed in properly and must have vibrated loose enough to leak. The car is at my mech's, tomorrow gonna fix the IACV issue, he's gonna put on my UR pulleys and get it inspected and emissioned. Hopefully there won't be any more problems.
