i used to intentionally drive like an idiot in front of cops when I know they're out looking for drunk drivers. lol.

I haven't had a drink since the 90s. lol.

Good Girl, i knew i liked you. but in Cali it doesnt matter if you do or not, if you have a run-in with the cops, they will treat you like a junkie. i had kinda the same treatment a couple of years ago. my roomates car was being towed for parking in front of the neighbors driveway, and i went out to see what was going on, and the cop told me to stick out my tongue (WTF?) and he said i had residue on it from smoking weed. I have never smoked weed, and am rather proud of that fact, and so i was brutally insulted and pissed, so i said "Yeah, I just got finished eating. Its PASTA residue." well, he didnt believe me, and when i went to get my roomate, he was baked off his ***, and when the cop asked him, he just admitted it. then the cop looked at me and said, still referring to my roomate, "well at least youre honest about it." I almost sucker punched him. i have a huge disrespect for a lot of cops after that and a few other instances, but I try not to hate all of them for the few (too many) ******** mixed in.

anyway. try fighting it, or get a ticket lawyer. those guys can work miracles.

Did they take a blood test from your brother?
I hope your brother didn't admit to anything, then have him fight it in court.

 

Yeah Back home on P.E.I. you can say that you had one or two a little while ago and as long as you don't seem drunk they don't really do anything, but then again my stepbrother did lose his licence when he said that once, i think he was .0805 and the legal limit is .08 but he hadn't had anything to drink in about 2 hours and he felt fine. the cops were being dicks though that night and claimed that he was squeeling his tires in town when he wasn't even in town.[:@] well it is in the past now.

but Fight the system, and hopefuly they will drop the fine

 

wow thats a crazy story, i never got pulled over before..but im sure this summer i will once or twice once i get the civic pimped out lol, but i would act like a angle too if a cop pulled me over,i dont want a ticket..i think i would mess with him a bit tho, pretend i was hiding somthing lol..sorry to hear the story tho,i think it takes like 7 years for it to be dropped off your record

I've had my run in's with the pig's, and I can clearly remember, being high, IS NOT a crime.
Mybe you forgot to mention he addmitted something, or something... cause it's not adding up right.

My brother admitted he was high cause hes on probation so he didnt wanna get in more trouble for lying. But regardless, here in california its illegal to be high, they just arrest you and you have to submit a drug test.
