No htis one is called ObjectDock, made by Stardock they have a bunch of plugin's, but the only other one i wanted was a Expose like they have on a Mac, to view all windows. I had to download a different one and it sucks

Nice, me and my buddy were talking about this the other day. I wanted to know were to get it because I had a old friend that did this to his computer and it was sick. Thanks! lol.

Download and install the plugin, customize to the settings that you want. and you are done. By default it leaves the startbar in place, but there is a check bos in the settings that you can click to hide it.
