ok my retarded friend "if i could call it that" want to get rid of his accord in place of a vw vr6. now i think that a vr6 is ok, but this ****er is 2 faced as hell. he was doing nothing but talking smack about vw's a month ago, now he wants one. so im like, how impresionable can one person be? hes all like "dude its got like 200 hp!" yeah and that sc f22 setup you said you were going to get had way more than that.
but what got me laphing is he thinks he can pick up a 2003 for less than 10k... hello stupid ***! my car is an 01 and it was 11k! its just that he is such a douch that he wont listen to anyone but the ****ty jetta owner who convinced him to get a vw. now im not bashing vw's in anyway. but what a stupid son of a bitch! i tried to make a point that there is no way in hell that he will find one that cheep thats not at a local dump.
but he wouldnt listen "ill find one" so i just said good luck and walked away. but it really burns my ***[:@][:@][:@]
arent those things kinda heavy?
thanks guys.

dj, all i can say is "let him buy it."
VWs have some of the worst quality control in the business. JD Power agrees, too.
I mean their quality is just downright ****ty. http://www.aiada.org/article.asp?id=44180
my mother-in-law would agree. she spent thousands of dollars on electrical and transmission repairs on her NEW VW passat before she finally gave up and traded it in for a USED lincoln LS.

The vr6's are pretty decent. One of my friends has one and wanted to race but he crashed it.
About your friend: No way he's gonna find one for that little unless its salvaged or in a bad crash and they just didnt total it. And he should stay with the Accord. My friend has a bug, and she has to spend hella money on it cause every part has to be a vw part. Its like on beemers. Damn European cars. Jk theyre nice, but expensive. Tell him good luck, cause hes gonna need it.

OOk, lemme tell you a little story about a VW VR6...
I had a jetta VR6, '99 old boxy bodystyle. It was fun, had decent get-up-and-go, and handled fairly well. Once the odo ticked past 65,000, and the temperature dropped to Michigan winter standards, the thing became a pile of S(*&! It misfired everytime I drove it, it would continually shut itself off for 30 minutes at a time, and was just an overall temperamental P.O.S. Long story short, I towed it farther than I drove it.
As for your friend, let him buy it, and realize for himself what kind of patience and MONEY$$$$$ it takes to own and maintain a VR6.

my friend had a vw jetta and wow i couldent believe all the problems he had with it, partly because he thought his car was the **** and it could do anything..but the last time i saw that car it looked like it was from the scrappers from him taking it apart trying to fix everything and after he would fix one thing, something else would break..he was getting a lone from the bank $5000 to try and fix everything..im not sure what ever happend to him and his car, but i hope he dident use that $5000 to fix it and bought another car
