Turtle, if we start in Canada, with only the Canadian HCF memeber,s then we pick check points along the way to meet up and add cars to our group, when we set a checkpoint near Ohio, you join the rally. The same goes for people coming up from the south, and at the end, both groups meet at the Dragon.
