The guy at hastings said they ask everyone to open the limited eddition there. Sure enough mine was scratched...

its sad cause all you need to do is add theose little foamy circle jammies like on a brand new pck of blank dvd's.

aww cmon i aint that bad im not a huge fan of it either but a buddy stand in line today to get and i said screw it i ll buy it to see what so wow about it and guess what 400 bucks later i ended up buying the game and 360. btw have u guys played this yet its awesome in the hd tv! TURBO FREAK5 <---add me as a buddy

man i just bought the limited editon halo 3 and bought the halo 3 special ediation xbox 360 console just to play halo... when i opened up the its got a some scratches to it, took it back they wont takwe it back, so i raised hell , and said look at my effing reciept... i just bought it 30 minutes ago.. so i got another one...
