the one the dealers use is better. the ones you buy from autozone or wherever are decent but not great.

haynes is better for the home mechanic.. they are made from a complete tear down and rebuild.. chiltons are more for those people that know a lil bit more about engines and cars.. id say get a haynes.. i have one.. it has saved my life a few times.. and i have a chiltons for my bronco..and also a haynes.. i perfer to reference the chiltons only for those extreme tasks.. its not as nice i think

iv never seen the chilton one but i got the haynes and its pretty good, told me eveything I need to no so far...i went to the dealership to get a honda repare manul for the car that the mechanics use and it costs over $200..i forget the exact amount but it was EXPENSIVE

[sm=drooldude.gif] Not if you get the discount! I think you can find actual Honda Mechanic's books on Ebay sometimes...I know I picked up my ex-shop-duty repair book from my local Ford dealer for my '90 SHO. Sold it to me for $45, because I guess they don't see older SHOs anymore.
