That's crazy! Glad I live in the good old United States of America. With that said, there some people here on the streets that need to get placed in a mental institution.

i was in a place like that for 6 days and it was just HELL, yeah be grateful to eat normal food, or even take a breath of fresh air, i was there as a mistake/error (juvy was over-booked or something)
