depends on if your looking at america as a whole or places like here. NOBODY mods cars here (except one of my girlfriends friends boyfriends friends has a camaro lowered with 16 inch rims putting over 700hp on the ground)

and i know that if someone puts 15000 into a civic and another person puts 5000 into an fbody, the fbody will win hands down. i dont pretend that civics are better than f bodies cuz theyre not.
