You do realize that both of these cars are going to be HUGE maintenence ******, right? Take a look at what a timing belt swap costs on a W12 lol

That being said, I'd put my money on the Audi outlasting the VW.

VW is fugly, but both are severly overpriced, just my thoughts.

I saw a new audi just last week and I was like that looks nice, something from Iron Man. Turns out it was:

no more than 28-30k...think about it...you roll to a car meet everyone thinks its a pasat but its not..its a phaeton..and it does 0-60 in 5.2 secs ...not bad for a steel body 5k lbs car...i would take the audi too but the W12 (the one from transporter 3) costs too much like 50-60 g's...i'd take the audi too but i go where the money is...and these cars are made to compete with the Mercedes Benz S550 AMG and it both of these cars totally outclass the 7 series and both have bentley motors

they are the exact same cars except the vw has a steel body as you said, and vw badges. Same engines and everything, same problems. and they are high maintenance cars. If you buy either one expect to spend tons of money on it.

i agree with you there...but the audi is lighter but still has a stronger body than the phaeton since they use technology from the space shuttles on it i guess and the audi actualy has 450 hp compared to the vw's 420...even a benz 3/5 series is a maintanence ***** same as the benz E class and so on...but if you look NONE of the audi's or VW's had been recalled...ever!
