Here it is!
I finally got my brand spanking new 2005 Civic LX home yesterday. Everything ran smooth until I went to pick it up at the dealership.
They couldn't find the keys!
Well, the salesman kept stalling me, and I kept my cool. I knew I had to ask for some compensation for the delay. Well, an hour later, the salesman said they were cutting new keys and programming them because they still couldn't find the keys.
It was 1 and a half hours since I had arrived, and he showed me the car and went through everything. Then he handed me the keys, and said "I'm very, very sorry for the wait and the mixup, is there anything else I can do for you?". Hehehe......those were the words I was waiting for!
I said "Something for my trouble would be nice", and he replied "what do you have in mind?". I said "a few oil changes would be good". I was very satisfied with the salesman because he had given me the free Civic floor mats (front and rear), full tank of gas, and now he agreed to 2 free oil changes and when he finds the keys he said he would give them to me also. I left as a happy customer.
Now, a few pics of my very stock Civic. (I gotta start savin up some cash again)
The first 2 are the exterior, third is the type of mats that I got, the last.....check out the mileage.....only 23 friggin kilometers!

how do you like it?
how do you like it?
I was driving around a bend on the highway last night and thought I'd see how it handled. Went a bit too fast and started to drift......scared the crap outa me cause I thought I might lose it, but I let off the gas, and it regained traction. At least now I know how far I can push it.
