If you have the means, you might want to consider moving out of the house to distance yourself from the inevitable problems that will happen there. I know this will be difficult as you would be leaving your mom behind.

Alternatively, the boy friend is now under scrutiny by law enforcement, and his time as a free man is limited. Your cooperation with police may expedite the situation. Hopefully, your mother will not be implicated.

I'm most worried about my mom, the worst part is that she isnt going to kick him out. I'm at my wit's end. I really have nowhere to go and dont make nearly enough money to be out on my own

Whats sad is the fact that she's asking me what she should do...I'm the adult in this situaton. Pretty f**ked up, huh?

 

 

I'm not sure if this is an option for you, but you might consider trying to go live temporarily with another family member or close friend to get yourself out of the situation until everything is delt with between your mom and him or the cops. It is unfortunate that your mom will not kick him out, but you can still do what you can to get out of the situation.

 

you need to get yourself out the situation. I don't mean to sound rude but your mom allowed herself to be in that situation. Get yourself out first, then find a way to help out
