damn dude that sucks. if i were you, i would find someone with a tow truck and have them snag ur car and tow it away then use that as leverage to get ur **** back. and if your "STEP DAD" lays a finger on you, sue take him to court for assualt and battery. and you will definitely win if he left any bruises on your body or anything, then get a restraining order so he can't come close to you anymore. and if your mom is on your side, she can vouch that you paid for the car but the title was never signed over and have them force ur stepdad to sign it over and have him pay for the damages. i know all this sucks ***, but you gotta try and do something about it, even if ur step dad is an ex navy seal and ex alcoholic.

ok man paln sounds nice but... if u dont know alreddy...i was ina bad accident a while ago...i on ly have one usable lung and a weak sternum, if i do get hit...he knows where to hit me....and if he gets locked up..and gets out..he wont cafre about any restraining orders....i could have 10000 of them...it wont matter....my mom is too weak to stand up for me or herself....she wont help
